Summary |
| Showed great results in process optimization, numerical calculations and analytical approach to problems (increased total production rate of the LDPE Plant app. 5-6 %). Good organizational skills performed in plant’s shut-downs and start-up’s. Staff organization and supervision on daily basis (app. 12 shift workers per day, 4 production technicians, warehouse supervisor), production planning on daily and monthly basis, supply & storage organization on daily, monthly and annual basis, raw material quality control organization, safety supervision, organize and report test-runs in production, coordinating of different maintenance departments (mechanical, instrumental, electro). Some of regular job duties were: writing daily production reports, continuously and systematically observing production process in all of its segments (particularly controlling process parameters from data sheets), controlling the quality of initiator solution, additive suspension and fresh ethylene according to specification, weekly and monthly plant reports, managing the staff training (engineers, technicians, shift workers) as well as perform testing of their abilities and knowledge for adequate job execution, participating in process parameters correction regarding to synthesis specification and product quality, the process team leader during overhauls, member of the team for increasing production rate of plant (feasibility study performed by ECI, USA). |
