2009 AS A LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
(AL HAWDAG ARRAFII COMPANY)
AL HAWDAG ARRAFII for general contracting is an iraqian company very famous in the east of Libya especially in Benghazi.
The project we have in Tripoli exactly in El Hadba Charguia is consists of two parts:
The first part: All works of maintenance of 220 apartments; the methodology and the materials to use to succeed such works. Our action was on the reinforcing steels, the concreting, the roofs, the walls…and the finishing works.
-Works already finished on January 2010-
The second part: Construction of 400 apartments on the same site. And the infrastructure works of the totality of the project.
-Works start in few days-
My responsibilities are:
1-Oversee the execution of the finishing works for all the buildings.
2-Review the manufactured materials and equipment samples and the supply program relative to the works program to avoid accumulation or damage of the materials on the site before being used in the works.
3-Review the contractor ‘s interim applications for payment and recommended payments.
4-Hold periodic progress meetings with the contractors to follow up and report progress of the project.
5-Inspect the completed works before the handover and prepare a handover report including any comments on the contractor’s performance.

2007-2009 AS AN ARCHITECT AND A PILE
FOUNDATION ENGINEER
(THE INTERNATIONAL ETRAPH COMPANY)
ETRAPH will provide an integrated team made up of professionals to develop and provide the client and its design professionals with reviews of design scope of services documents and will make appropriate recommendations.
The initial activities used to begin work with the client and client’s Engineers are critical.
We will develop the scope and objectives of the program. We will establish roles and responsibilities, clarify objectives, and indicate opportunities for alternative approaches to the project to achieve the client goals.
AS PILE FOUNDATION ENGINEER:
My responsibility is to manage and control all the process of construction work for specification and technical drawing content enforcement, of the project’s pile foundation, and include continuous surveillance, supervision and inspection;
-Review the plans and the technical documents.
-Review the localization of each pile,
-Supervise the excavation and the drilling of piles,
-Make the concreting curve
-Oversee the auscultation of the piles.

CONSTRUCTION OF EL ANDALOUS CENTER TRIPOLI LIBYA
- Site: Tripoli Libya
- Total surface: 15 Hectares
- Covered surface: 120.000m2
- Cost: 300 Million US Dollars

o A marina.
o Reflecting pools consisting with 60 luxurious apartments.

2003-2007 AS A LANDSCAPE ENGINEER
(THE AFRIQUE TRAVAUX COMPANY)
My responsibilities are:
1-Oversee handing over of worksites of the contractors and prepare the permit for the contractor to start work.
2-Review the contractor’s time schedules for the works and comment on the suitability of the contractor’s proposals for construction equipment, implementation methods and programs.
3-Approve the contractor’s proposed specialist and his staff and sub-contractors and verifying their qualifications and previous practical experience.
4-Review the contractor’s work methodology and implementation methods and recommend their approval or agree amended methodologies or the work where the original proposals are not compliant with the provision of the contract.
5-Oversee the execution of the works.
6- Issue instructions necessary for the implementation of the contract in accordance with approved program to ensure the works are implemented in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications and contract terms.
7-Review the contractor’s quality control procedures during project implementation….
Until carrying out post completion review of the whole of the project.
We have realized construction buildings and roads.

CONSTRCTION OF 1500 HOUSING UNITS IN TUNIS

2002 AS A DESIGN MANAGER
(OFFICE OF ARCHITECTURE)
Working as a design manager with a Tunisian architect “Soheil GHARBI”.
We prepare sketches, drawings, technical documents, architectural and urbanism plans.
Some of our responsibilities are:
o Discuss and find the suitable design for the project to be built by customers, and approve the building permit application.
o Preparing and approving the architectural and the construction drawings.
o Providing technical and commercial evaluation for the tenders.
o Supervise the construction of the buildings to be built by customers…
Main Projects carried out:
-We participate in a national competition (hospital building) in Sfax.
(Third price).
We prepared a design of a housing city in “Sousse” composed of:
- Three hundred of villas.
- 9 office buildings and their roads.
- Five office buildings.
- Ten apartment houses.
- One primary school.
- One emergency
2001 AS A CVIL ENGINEERING
(THE A-AT COMPANY OF COMMUNICATION)
Working as a Civil engineer for a Spanish company of communication called “AAT”. A sub-contractor of the Ericsson Company.
We choose a: “roof-top” of a building that can support the tower and the local of communication and, to check the dimensions and the force of its columns and give solutions for problems we meet.
Or a “green field” on which we install all the mechanism of communication, so we have to review its localization, oversee the foundation of the tower and all its process of concreting. Generally we:
-Interpret plans for implementation and to foresee constructability difficulties, cost estimation.
-Analyze design of the system in both, reinforced concrete and structural steel, in transformer room, building management systems fire control systems.
-Provide detailed technical assessment reports for the optimization of new and existing systems.
