I was responsible for the following projects from design concept to
DC1 documents stage:
Barwa Al Baraha Truck Parking (currently in DC2 approval stage):
This project consists of 1.8 km2 of facilities designed to serve vehicular transportation industry in state of Qatar. This includes
Trucks and trailer parking, staff and labour accommodation,
shopping mall, a motel, mosque, administration building and numerous other facilities.
Al Dakhira Nature Park (Al Khor): Design philosophy in
developing the concept of the nature park has taken in consideration
the importance of preserving the existing natural landscape and
serene environment of park unchanged.
The design of facilities is also inspired from the surrounding
environment.
This project consists of Administration building, Education centre,
Cafeteria, Kids zone, Mosque, Birds observation towers& Natural
Habitat gallery.
Family Consulting Centre (Concept stage):
This project has three purposes leading to one vision (Familial
coherence and soul stability): Counselling, education& training.
This project consists of 11400m2 of facilities designed to serve
family in state of Qatar. This includes Consultation Department,
Lecture hall, Kindergarten, Library & Mosque for 600 prayers.
Residential building at Lusail- Fox Hill district
(From concept design to DC1 approval)
Luxury residential building of 29 flats including, restaurant,
swimming pool & health club.
Paediatric Hospital –Pakistan ( concept design);
This project consists of 4290m2 of facilities designed to serve
Kids in Pakistan. This includes out patients department, blood
Transfusion department, education centre, kid’s hostel, staff
accommodation, guests accommodation& big restaurant.
Private luxury villa at The Pearl ( from design concept to tender
stage) and various villa compounds.
Doha Place Hotel (DC1 stage): four star hotel of 140 rooms
including 2 restaurants, swimming pool, health club, and business centre.
Proposal for 40 floors tower in Lusail and several residential
buildings and villas.
