B. EDUCATION
Diploma of “HIGH STUDIES IN ARCHITECTURE” – 6 years degree; graduated on July 1993, Evaluation “Good” from “THE INSTITUTE OF FINE ARTS” at the Lebanese University, Lebanon.

D. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
1. General: Eighteen years of International Experience in Central Asia, Eastern Europe and the Gulf countries: TURKMENISTAN, LEBANON, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, TURKEY, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA AND KAZAKHSTAN.
2. Employment Positions: Site Architect, Construction Manager, Architect Designer, Project Coordinator / Site base-Senior Architect / Landscape Architect, Resident Manager (Country Representative), and Quality Assurance Consultant.
3. Field/system of Expertise: Architectural Quality Assurance / Quality Control - Construction Supervision - Project Management - Client’s Representative - Standards constructions and Design in EARTHQUAKE ZONES.
4. Duties: Site Supervision & quality control on sites - Reviewing Contracts Documents, Design Drawings, and Specifications. - Analysing Requests for Information, Non-conformance Reports, Job Site Instructions, Site Work Instructions, and Variation Orders and following up the required corrective actions. - Submittals Review: Shop Drawings, Method statements and Materials approvals, Room by Room Lists in addition to General Co-ordination, Correspondences, Reports, and materials inspection. - Design Management - QA/QC - Auditing construction products: Contracts, DD, CD, Submittals, Reports and the related procedures to ensure compliance with the contracts requirements - reviewing as-built drawings, punch lists preparation, Witness pre testing and commissioning and handing over activities. Reporting any non-conformity and issuing the required Recommendations with respect to projects conditions. Projects design. Site team Management, Coordination with the Head Office, Coordination with the Client / Owners and the local authorities, Management of Technical, Legal, Financial & Logistic issues.
5. Projects involvement: Hospitals - Diagnostic Centres - Large scale development projects - Hotels - Housing Complexes - Residential buildings - Villas - Office buildings - Roads project Management - Central Printing House, Kindergarten, Schools, Administrative buildings, Airport Terminal in addition to several Ministries Reconstruction Projects.
