6 . Project Management in " Taraz Rahsaz. Co" (Jan2005-Now) :
This project is development will offer housing for more than 4500 residents in 1500 apartments And also is currently under construction and is due for completion in 2011.
The Best my achievements is including following :
1 . I expelled people unapt and unsuitable, and I employed specialists suitable, committed and Pitier. Because this the people who are causing company pride. And they would expedite the implementation of projects and they work with high quality, they always will support management and will not left him at the time critical and tension .
2. I always manage the client’s and employer expectations at all stages of projects.
I noticed great mistakes in architecture designs and then present the new plans and initiatives to consultancy and the employer and thay agreed with my designs and plans .
Because I created many useful places in 400 apartment and ever since I was welcomed by the employer. As high efficiency spaces created for apartments and result benefit for the employer and future residents and also to me .
5. Project Director and Management in "Mobin Omran Co." (Apr2003- Now) :
I established "Mobin Omran Co.ltd" in 2003 years and performed several project up to now .
Example : 1. Structure walkway park .
2. road construction .
3. Construction/Development project comprising on building 18 apartments .

I and my classmate established "Kahan Omran Co." in 1999 years together but after implementation several project successfully , I surrender company to him and established "Mobin Omran Co.ltd" . Implemented projects with "Kahan Omran Co." is following :
1. construct & implementation concretely small bridge in " Safi abad" village("Golestan" state) .
2. Building & implementation sporty coliseum foundations.

In start I was supervisor two building . but after awhile I become The senior supervisor and almost supervised over 15 projects (Residential & official constructions) in through out country . I have leastwise one functional flight at week . both was tourism and function too .
