• LAX, DEN, ORD, HNL, BOS - TSA Passenger Security Checkpoint Renovations and Deployment of New Security Technology
TSA client manager, responsibilities included interface with local TSA managers and airport engineering staff on design, operations and deployment of new equipment at existing passenger security checkpoints working with various design teams across the country and deployment contractor for programming and managing equipment inventory and design documents, maintain TSA security design standard, construction administration ,cost and schedule.

• National Renewable Energy Laboratory – Master Planning Study, Golden Colorado
Prepared/authored master planning document which included recommendation for renovation of existing campus, exterior building appearance design guidelines, new interpretive center schematic design, site security upgrades which include new entrance gate and gate house building design, integrating LEED principals in to the existing campus, recommendation for employee amenities, new locker rooms, conference rooms, auditorium and preliminary cost estimate.

Design Manager Responsibilities included scheduling; planning, phasing schedule and leadership of design team in preparing phased demolition drawings, permit process, construction administration

• California Air National Guard – Rotary Aircraft Maintenance Facility
Project manager providing leadership to multi discipline design team assuring design scope and budget is maintained, worked with sub consultants on their agreements, consultant reviews - to give direction in accordance with scope of work and design, deliverable requirements and user group/client design reviews

• USAF Lajes Field 65th Airbase Wing Command, Terceira Island, Azores Portugal – (NAVFAC) Military Housing Renovations and Master Planning Study Project- this project included major restoration of existing housing stock and 280, 4 unit town homes. As Project Manager/Architect my duties included developing the master plan and construction documents, housing assessment standards and implementation of those standards. This project was particularly challenging in the fact that this is a very remote location and attainment of appropriate construction materials was difficult, and local labor was critical to the success of this project.
