Involved in Bid evaluation and Supervision, Inspection, Valuation of work done for payment process, Testing and Commissioning of Installation of all Mechanical Services [Fire Fighting/ Protection, Plumbing, Water Treatment Plant and HVAC Systems] in the Construction of Mobil ‘On The Run’ (OTR) Projects in the following locations:

Mobil OTR (Retrofit) Ikeja;
Mobil OTR (Back &Forecourts) Apapa.
Insights/ Achievements:
This was Pan African Mobil project meant to convert existing filling stations to a combination of Eatery and Filling station at strategic location in major cities of her outlets. Our cost baselines were determined using many risk factors due to the project peculiarities which later proved to be accurate and helpful. These projects broaden my experience and insight to risk factors in facility upgrades.
BRAITHWAITE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL [BMH] PORT-HARCOURT [2006].
Participated in Planning, Detail Design, and Technical Specification with Estimated Cost package for Tender process of all Mechanical Services [Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Prevention & Fighting and Gas pipe networks] for BMH Project.
Insights/ Achievements:
This Project was in collaboration with Phillips Project Center (PPC) and SIMED International which affords me experience in hospital facility requirement and privilege to work with international experts on Hospital Facility Design. This gave me in-depth knowledge of design specification for Hospital of international standard and how to meet specific requirement of HVAC, Gas Piping Network, Water Supply and Waste disposal systems.
CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA, KANO BRANCH PROJECT [2004 – 2006]:
Supervised the Execution, Inspection, Testing and Commissioning of the following systems: Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Water Treatment Plant, Fuel Dumps, Lift and HVAC using applicable standards. Also carried out detail valuation, proper time and cost impact analysis during contract change/ claims process and achieved successful project completion.
Insights/ Achievements:
The project spanned over two year and served as a gateway to practical project handling experience. Designs were done, Risk factors were analyzed, Cost baselines were developed and the project was executed with little above budgeted cost due to changes introduced during construction. The project was successful.
UNITED BANK FOR AFRICA [UBA] NETWORK BRANCHES, LAGOS [2006]
Design & Supervision of Mechanical Services [Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Prevention & Fighting and Waste] for two Branches of United Bank for Africa (UBA) in Lagos. Involved in Bid evaluation, Testing and Inspection and Commissioning.
Insights/ Achievements:
This project was developed to meet the growing customers demand for banking services. The project affords opportunity to handle project from conception to commission covering; planning, design, developing cost baseline, risk analysis, tender analysis, execution and commission. Every aspect of the project was carried out using applicable industrial standards and codes of practice. The objectivity of the team made the project a great success. It was a great experience.
