DRAFTING GROUP LEAD;
Lead designer over the drafting group, having six to eight designers under me drafting P&ID's, PFD's and piping plans. Responsibilities included managing the workload to meet project schedule, checking the completion of work produced by designers and the training of new and less experienced designers. Also this required the customizing of CADWorx P&ID per client specifications and symbology.
