Summary |
KNOWLEDGE SUMMARY: - Following summary may be part of the job responsibilities handled as Design Engineer in Caterpillar.
FEA Skills (Pro Mechanica): -
• Modal analysis, G load analysis and comparative design analysis
• Performing Frequency response analysis and Dynamic response analysis from the acceleration/stress measurements taken from the accelerometers and strain gauges fitted with the machine.
• Worked on the frequency data (converting from time domain to frequency domain using Fourier transform) taken from the machines during rigorous performance/durability tests.
TECHNICAL SKILLS (Feel of Iron): -
• Proficient in working with heavy earthmoving – large structures- Case and Frame (Chassis),Light fabrications – Fenders, Fuel tanks, Access systems, engine enclosures, Platforms, Enclosures..etc,
• Worked on field issues, Productive performance & competitor technical data comparison for earthmovers – Komatsu, John Deere, Dreesta, Hitachi, JCB..etc
