Strengths:
Professionally qualified Civil Engineer with 14 years of experience( 11 years in U.A.E.& 03 years in India.) in site supervision and construction. During my career I have successfully completed several projects of high rise buildings, group of villas, warehouses and others. Established a track record in delivering both technically robust and innovative solutions to support the delivering of new ideas. Good experience in project management & quality control systems. Experienced in piling & enabling works ( earthworks & shoring ).
Professional Experience and Achievements:
I) Senior Structural Site Engineer/ Asst Resident Engineer – WSP Middle East Ltd, U.A.E. ( May 2006 – Present ).
PROJECTS :
1) THE DTCD PHASE 1: ( December 2008- Present ) – On going.
It is a mixed use development of 655,000m2 comprising residential and serviced apartments, hotels, offices and retail space sited on a 4 level basement parking garage of 460,000m2 with a value of AED 4.5 billion.
2)GOLDEN MILE, PALM JUMEIRAH: ( May 2006-Dec 2008) –Finished.
It is a 1.2 billion AED residential, retail and office complex on the trunk of the palm separated into two plots known as GM1 & GM2. A total of 10 buildings G+13floors with 3 basements.
Responsibilities: Reporting to PRINCIPAL RESIDENT ENGINEER / SENIOR RESIDENT ENGINEER.
Responsible for the supervision of construction activities including:
• Review and approval of structural materials , method statements and shop drawings.
• Site monitoring & inspection of works
• Review of and responding to contractors technical queries
• Issuing site instructions and non-conformance reports.
• Attending site meetings and coordination meetings.
• QA/QC procedures in compliance with local authorities and contract specification.
• Review of monthly payment certificate..
• Project Co- ordination with contractors, architects & MEP consultant.
• Responsible for closely monitoring daily site activities to ensure quality of work in compliance with project specification & approved drawings, upgrading construction practice, material quality compliance.
• Preparing Non Conformance report & issuing it through Principal Resident Engineer.
• Attending concrete trial mixes for approval of design mixes,& testing of steel.
• Inspecting the material samples at site for conformance to specification and approvals.
• Control & supervise document control procedures for project handing over.
• Checking concrete operations, quality control of the mixers and architectural finishes
• Providing technical assistance to the other departments in the project.
II) Project Engineer – S.S. LOOTAH Contracting CO. Dubai, U.A.E. (February 2005- May 2006)
EWAN Residencies : 79 nos of G +2 buildings at DIP, Dubai.
It’s a AED 150 million project including infra structure with tennis courts, swimming pools, souks, & water front .
III) Project Engineer – EMCO Building contracting Co LLC, Sharjah (March 2006 – February 2005).
G+10 Residential Building ( 22 Millon AED)
IV) Project Engineer – SEIDCO General Contracting Co, Dubai ( Sept 2001 – 2004)
03 Nos G+12 Towers at DMC Dubai for AL NAKHEEL .
V) Site Engineer – Al Tareeq Contracting CO. Sharjah (1998 – 2001)
12 nos of G+1 Villas in various parts of Sharjah.
VI) Site Engineer – Ambience Prorerties Ltd. India . (1995 – 1998)
G+6 Commercial complexes & G+1 villas in two phases each comprising 26 villas.
Responsibilities :
• Complete monitoring of the progress of work.
• Preparation of submittals for consultant review & site inspection requests.
• Coordinating with the sub contractors during the progress of site work & running bills and payment follow up with certification of sub contractors..
• Checking the progress of works in accordance with the scheduled program.

• Raising RFI’s for missing information.
