Prepared detail design and site supervision of this 100,000 m2 mixed use cultural centre comprising of; a 3000 seating capacity auditorium, 250 seat planetarium, 400 seat theatre, 400 seat lecture hall, museum, library, heritage museum.
Detailed the auditorium stage and reflected ceiling, hydraulically operated stage floor, orchestra pit, proscenium and lighting gantry, reflective and absorptive walls, above stage details. Planetarium ceiling and wall details, marble floor patterns of the center. Project was completed six months ahead of schedule and within budget. Managed and coordinated between virtual teams located in Germany, South East Asia. Approved contractor’s works, progress payments, change orders and resolved claims.
