Required Salary & Conditions |
Mr. Saad Execute Piping Design front end and detailed design input to engineering projects. Execute technical support studies as requested. Review the ITB (Invitation To Bid) documents submitted in the proposals stage, issue inquiry requisitions, review techno-commercial vendor offers, prepare equipment, material and man-hour estimates. Provide engineering support to the construction / commissioning phases as necessary. Provide engineering support to maintenance and operations as requested. Provide detailed engineering input during all design phases, including interpretation and challenge of standards. Assemble and supervise a piping engineering / design group capable of executing a project. Create project piping engineering organization chart, including a specification for the various roles and responsibilities defined. Co-ordinate all Piping Engineering activities and ensure that all Piping design requirements are meet.

Summary |
As member of the Owner’s Team during Tender preparation, Mr. SAAD Design experience in conceptual/FEED studies and detailed engineering Piping work, follow up construction, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning, Reviews contractor work to ensure compliance with basic design within the limits of defined PMC role in managing major project contracts.
Reviews and understands the project activity models for engineering and specific discipline including the project requirement checklists and relevant sections of the Project execution manual and of the project procedures manual. Reviews designs and drawings in accordance with the scope of PMC activities for all contracts for which the engineer has discipline responsibility.
Supervises the Piping engineering, Piping designs, Pipe stress and Piping material management for Project and Pipeline, Review and propose approval of contractor documents and drawings.
