Actively handled in the Design/engineering for the following facilities:
Design of storage tanks, under ground tanks as per API & IS standards.
Design the fuel oil facility systems for steel plants and petrochemical plants.
Basic plant configuration and equipment sizing,

Preparation of flow sheet, P& I Diagrams, PFD, GA drawings, Plant Layouts,

o BRAHMANI RIVER PELLETS LTD. 4.0MTPA PELLET PLANT,
KALINGANAGAR, ORISSA.
• Design the fuel oil facility system.
• Prepare the technical specifications.
• Design the storage tanks for Furnace oil & LDO oils.
• Handled in Routing design of utility pipelines, (Furnace oil and LDO oil) from unloading area to storage point.
• Handled in Routing design of utility pipelines to service stations.
• Detail engineering for piping & supports.
• Concurrency of working drawings.
• Preparation of Bill of material (BOQs).
o STEEL AUTHORITY OF INDIA (ROURKELA STEEL PLANT)
• Process flow and instrumentation diagrams for gas, cooling water and cleaning water.
• Design the scrubber (Purifier) for the collection, cooling, cleaning and discharge of
hot gas.
• Design and pipe routing the acetylene cylinder manifold station for slab casting unit.

cleaning water.

• Design the wind girders and anchor chair supports for existing storage tanks as per API 653.
