| Any company who knows the value of a Sr. Comerical superintendent will offer a fair compansation. My last company I recieved 95,000.000 plus expenses. I was laid off due to clients still waiting for funding not because of any problems. I am looking for a wage aboue what I was last making and will conside all ofers in tht range. |

I have been in the construction field for over 30 years. I have been involved in projects from development /concept / completion. I have been responsible for overall construction management. My key responsibilities include: Regulatory compliance, safety management, quality control, project & vendor coordination, cost accountability, schedule compliance, corporate client representative, corporate compliance and documentation, supervised all subcontractors, labors and vendors. I reported to my Project Manager and have had to be the project manager along with the duties of superintendent. I have worked on tilt up concrete, post tension, stick frame, cast in place concrete, and CQC projects. My main concern is to keep with the critical path and budget of any project I undertake. I also know the importance of a well run OSHA meetings and HAZMAT sheets. I will not tolerate unsafe project site. I have also worked as a property manager for Tomlinson and Associates Inc. of Boise (see introduction letter) so I know how the property management end of the business also. You can see I have a lot of experience in construction of hotels also. I have a lot of T.I. I had and completed my share of the Emerald Queen Casino expansion. I was over the Hotel and Casino expansion. Finished the casino December 22, 2007 and turned over to the owners for occupancy. I was then was sent to Sequim, WA. To build the 7 Cedars Long House Market/Gas station at 26 Million dollar project. It was completed April 15th. 2008. All the below duties and in the summary duties were applied. I had a team of a project manager, 2- project engineers, assistant superintendent and a labor foreman for the later project. Lucky Eagle Casino expansion and a three story administration building along with three build outs and a MBR plant. Casino expansion more than doubled the existing casino and the inside detail work was quite extensive. Started on Jan. 2008 the Casino expansion and tilt up of the administration building and opened the Casino portion on July 28, 2008 the casino that is. MBR plant was opened August2008 and the administration building was complete in November 2008 followed with the renovation of existing casino and bump outs being complete and CO handed January 29,2009. I was laid off February second due to lack of projects to build.

My team and I pulled to gather all the paper work and documentation to start and follow through completion of these units. Over saw daily work and supervised all sub contractors, deliveries of materials, schedule work, all the work to stay with the critical path.
