Summary |
| Responsible for delivering and managing Facilities (Hard & Soft) Services at Lease Hold Buildings. These include MEP Services, Janitorial Service, Security, Pest Control, Landscaping (external/internal), Waste Management, Energy Management and Customer Service. |
Work Experience |
Working as a Building Operations Engineer for Nakheel Asset Management, International City.
Carrying out regular inspection of the building and rectifying the major problems and snags as and when noticed.
Responsible for all (MEP, Civil & Fire Protection) preventive and corrective maintenance works at Nakheel Lease Hold Buildings and the common areas of the building including the external area to the standard levels.
Responsible for the day to day operations and managing subcontractors.
Ensure all the preventive maintenance tasks are achieved on time.
Produce periodic progress reports as required by the Contract Manager.
Energy management solutions and cost saving suggestions implemented.
Checklist developed for all the critical equipments. “Equipment tag numbers” developed for all equipment individually for preventive maintenance schedule.
Prepared the equipment history book. Forecasted the possible break down well in advance to get the budget and prepared the team accordingly.
Monitor and report on overall progress of work programmed against plans and forecasts.
Customer relationship building at all levels
Monitoring the PPM schedule submitted by the contractors.
Attending to the day to day work request and assigning the work request to the contractors.
