Summary |
Managing full spectrum of books of Accounts including but are not limited to:
Such as Total Ledgers, Expenses Vouchers & Cash Book, Journal Voucher Register, Bank Book, Purchase Registers, Sales Registers, Salary Register and Fixed Assets Register with high accuracy and strictly as per statutory requirements and also as per GAAP, IAS and IFRS.
Others: Complete Ledgers (including Account Receivables and Account Payables), Bank Reconciliations, Cost analysis statements, Budget, Planning of Co.’s Tax liability, Forecasting of Profit, Preparing various Financial Statements as required, Preparing outstanding list for Trade Debtors and Trade Creditors at the end of each month, Valuation of Closing Stock (Physical & Actual), Managing Debit Notes & Credit Notes, Preparing Trial Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet, Closing of Books of Account at the end of financial year, Getting confirmation from all concerned parties including inter co. accounts, Assisting in Internal Audit process, Dealing with External Auditors, Tax advisors, Legal consultants, Govt. officials, Handling general correspondence, coordinating other departments for smooth operation of Accounting. Filing of statutory Tax Returns such as- T.D.S., Income Tax, Wealth Tax, VAT, Fringe Benefit Tax, Professional Tax, Dealing with Bankers for Cash Credit, Loans, Bank Guarantee, etc., Supporting the Finance Manager in achieving co’s mission, vision and goals in the performance of daily activities and other ad-hoc projects also performing duties as a Deputy Finance Manager in absence or during busy schedules of Finance Manager.
