Summary |
• Fifteen (15) years of technical experience in various skills in the field of electrical and instrumentation on Oil and Gas Plant Projects, Petrochemical, Desalination and Power Plant Projects. Exposure in EPCM Projects, Quality Assurance and Quality Control Inspection including Turn Over System and Tracking Records (TOSTR), Take Over XP, Pro Arc Data Base, CMS System, Permit to Work System, construction supervision, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities.
• Good technical knowledge of engineering, applicable industry codes and standards (British Standards ,NEC, IEC), typical Mechanical Completion / Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning Procedures and good operational practices.
• Having skills on Electrical HV Substations and LV installations plus testing of HV distribution transformers, switchgears, switchboards, Motor Control Centres from construction stage up to Mechanical Completion including Pre-Commissioning activities and Start-Up. With hands on experience on ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric HV and LV switchgears including High Pot Test, Current Injection Tests and applicable safe testing procedures.
• Permit to Work System, Generate Hot Work and Cold Work Permits and its requirements concerning Safety. Perform Lock Out/ Tag Out procedures required during Pre-commissioning and Commissioning stages of the project. Conduct Safety Task Analysis before conducting any testing and commissioning activities of any electrical equipments and apparatus prior to putting it in service.
• With skills on DCS, ESD, Fire and Gas System including Loop Checks. Field Instruments installation and Calibration
