Oct 2003 - Dec. 2008 Chief Agrarian Reform Program Officer (CARPO) of the Survey Monitoring Division, Bureau of Land Development, Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Central Office, Quezon City, Philippines. In charge with the development of policies, guidelines, plans and programs, and the supervision of the monitoring and evaluation of land survey projects of DAR nationwide.
Oct. 1997 - Sept. 2003 Engineer III, assigned to the Swedesurvey Project of DAR. Involved in the surveying and mapping of program-covered areas, training of field technical teams in land surveying using total stations, GPS and the subsequent processing of survey data by mapping and GPS softwares.
Oct. 1994 - Sept. 1997 Engineer III, assigned to the JICA Project of DAR, involved in the surveying (vertical and horizontal control) and topographic mapping of programmed-covered areas.
Dec. 1986 - Sept. 1994 Engineer I - Engineer III, involved with the land survey and formulation of project development proposals for the development of agrarian reform areas.
Dec. 1984 - June 1986 Quantity Surveyor, Hanil Development Company Limited. Involved in the estimates of earthworks and bill of materials for road and bridge construction.
