(2 years 6 months) for Yetagun Development Project of 275 MMSCFD natural gas production, located in Andaman Sea 500 kms South East of Yangon, Myanmar.
The job involved:
Working in CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) under Operations.
a) The job involved, overseas technical procurement activities for spare parts for offshore and onshore equipment of machinery, vessels, electrical and instrument items directly from the manufacturers mainly in U.S.A., U.K. Australia, Europe and representation offices in Singapore supplied to Yetagun Development Project to support offshore and onshore equipment maintenance activities for steady production.
b) Procurement activities for the equipment includes Compressors & Air Blowers, Pumps, Motors, Filters, Generators and Engines, Pedestal Cranes, Heat Exchangers, Survival Crafts, Block Valves, Shutdown/Blowdown/Solenoid/Control valves, instruments for Glycol Dehydration System, Propane Refrigeration package, Condensate Stabiliser Reboiler package, Separation, Sales Gas Compression, Nitrogen Gas system, LP Compression system, Chemical Injection System, Sea and Produced Water system, Helifuel package etc.
c) The procurement and equipment maintenance is coordinated and controlled through MP2 system, a Microsoft SQL server based database, developed by Datastream, Singapore. Expertise the system in entirely.
