Summary |
I have eight years QS working experience in civil works, residential, hotel and resort development with leading main contractors and consultancy firm in Malaysia, Singapore, Maldives and Ireland. Accordingly, I’m able to diligently and independently perform most of the QS roles in any major civil and building construction works.
I pay great attention to various construction details that affect the cost and time hence ensuring projects meet the design, budget and schedule. In addition, my knowledge in construction law, arbitration and contractual obligations of players in the construction industry will be a great credential to both my valued client and management. I have a good reputation in keeping a good record, extensive documentation for claiming and negotiating variation orders works and Extension of Times, including any loss or expenses arising from such delays.
